Before you depart
House cleaning The tenant is responsible for cleaning the holiday home before departure. It is always nice to arrive at a clean and tidy holiday home, so please consider the next tenant.
Cleaning windows inside and outside is also a part of the house cleaning.
Cleaning can be arranged by DANIBO against payment. The house cleaning must be ordered and paid for no later than Tuesday before departure. A house cleaning does not include washing-up or emtying the dish-washer, and the holiday home must always be left in a tidy state.
If you order a cleaning, departure must be no later than 9.00 am.

Settlement of consumption Just before departing the electric meter must be read and the number entered on the envelope handed out on day of arrival. Also remember to read the telephone counter and oil meter if available.
The consumption is to be settled on day of departure at the DANIBO office and cannot be set off against a deposit paid.
The tenant departing after hours may put money to settle the consumption along with the house key in the special envelope and put it in our mailbox at the office.
If the consumption is not settled on day of departure, DANIBO reserves the right to charge a handling fee of DKK 40 / € 5.
Returning the key Departure must take place no later than 10.00 am. However, if a house cleaning has been ordered, departure is at 9.00 am.
The tenant must return the house key to DANIBO at the office in Nordby and at the same time settle the electric consumption.
Deposit If the tenant has been charged a deposit, this will appear from the rental agreement. A deposit is to cover possible damages or insufficient house cleaning. Consumption may not be set off against the deposit.
Deposite will be returned around 3 weeks after departure providing the holiday home has been left in a clean and undamaged state.
Lost property Tenants who have forgotten personal items in the holiday home may contact DANIBO. Lost property will only be stored for up to two months.
