The Fanø Ferry
From January 1st 2004 car reservations for the ferry is no longer possible. The shipping company, has decided to abolish the reservation system as it does not work as intended on days with heavy traffic. In addition to that, there is hardly ever a long wait at the ferry, thus a reservation system is unnecessary.

The crossing takes about 12 minutes. In Summer the ferry crosses every twentieth minute and in Winter every fortieth minute. Please go to the Scandlines website to see the timetable:
