Standard furnishing
The standard cottage offers a furnished living room of which the kitchen usually is part. Where nothing else stated, the following will be available:

The approximate distance to beach and nearest grocery store

 is stated as bee line.

Please be aware that the estimation of distance relates to the summer season. As some shopkeepers choose to close down out of season, the actual distance may be longer at that time of year.

TV, VCR, radio, og CD-player
Some houses offers satellite TV. Often, but not always, this means the following channels may be available: ARD, ZDF, N3, RTL, RTL2, SAT1, PRO7, DSF, Sky News, CNN and more.

Other houses offers Cable TV often means DR1, TV2, TV3, ARD, ZDF, N3, RTL, SAT1, PRO7, Kabel1, VOX, CNN and Eurosport.

DANIBO can never guarantee certain channels or programmes to be available. Due to atmospherics, poor reception is to be expected just as reception may be poor during heavy rainfall or storms.

We ask the tenants not to reset or tamper with the TV, satellite dish and/or the receiver. In case we should have to consult a professional, this will be at the tenant's expense.

Theres no guarantee that videos, radios og CD-players are in working order.

Woodburning stove
A woodburning stove is a stove of cast iron. The doors oftentimes have glass. Because of sparks the doors must always be kept closed when having a fire.

The tenant is not supplied with firewood or briquettes, but is to to buy this himself. Wood pieces found and collected on the beach must not be used in the stove as it is very saline and ruins the stove and chimney.

Pets
In cases where it's allowed to bring a pet, this will be stated with a "Y" for yes in the description of the cottages. Only one pet is allowed, for instance, one dog or one cat. 

We draw your attention to the fact that pets are not allowed in furniture and beds. Out of consideration for both the owner of the cottage and the next guests it is very important that the tenant who brought a pet along provides a thorough cleaning on departure. 

We reserve the right to charge extra in case it comes to our attention that a pet has been in the furniture and a normal house cleaning is insufficient.

Never leave a pet alone in the holiday cottage or apartment. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

In Fanø it is allowed to bring dogs to the beach, but according to Danish law it is required to have dogs on a leash. This is out of consideration for other people, dogs and wildlife.

Located opposite the parking space at "Pælebjerg" is a fenced plantation of about 6 ha. especially for dogs. In this plantation dogs must not be kept on a leash provided the owner has full control over the dog.

Allergies
DANIBO cannot guarantee that certain cottages have always been free of pets. Thus, there will always be the risk that allergies may break out.

DANIBO can never be helt responsible for this problem and, yet, we request that holidaymakers with allergies get in contact with us for more information on this subject.

Special discounts and weekend breaks
Several holiday homes offer special discounts in season C and D. There are two offers:

1. Rent an apartment for 3 weeks for the price of 16 days.
2.  10% discount when only 2 in party. Minimum length of stay is 1 week.

The discounts do not apply at Easter, Christmas and New Year as well as week 25, 26, 27 and 35 (2009). Nor do offers for weekend breaks in, for instance, one of the holiday centres.

The discounts and offers cannot be combined just as an already closed rental agreement cannot be altered to consider a special discount.
